A vacation responder (autoresponder) automatically replies to anyone who emails you, which is handy when you are away.
Set one up
- Sign in at webmail.incentre.net with your full email address and password.
- From the webmail home page, open Autoresponders.
- Click Add Autoresponder.
- Fill in the Subject and the Body of the automatic reply, for example "I am away until Monday the 14th and will reply when I am back."
- Set Start to Immediately (or a date) and Stop to the day you return (or Never).
- Click Create.
When you are back, return to Autoresponders and delete it to turn it off.
