Setting up a vacation responder

A vacation responder (autoresponder) automatically replies to anyone who emails you, which is handy when you are away.

Set one up

  1. Sign in at webmail.incentre.net with your full email address and password.
  2. From the webmail home page, open Autoresponders.
  3. Click Add Autoresponder.
  4. Fill in the Subject and the Body of the automatic reply, for example "I am away until Monday the 14th and will reply when I am back."
  5. Set Start to Immediately (or a date) and Stop to the day you return (or Never).
  6. Click Create.

When you are back, return to Autoresponders and delete it to turn it off.
