Your Internet Centre mailbox can be read in a web browser (webmail) or set up in an email program like Outlook, Apple Mail, or your phone. This guide covers both.
Read your email in a browser (webmail)
- Go to webmail.incentre.net.
- Sign in with your full email address (for example you@yourdomain.com) and your mailbox password.
- If you are asked to choose a webmail application, pick Roundcube to read and send your mail.
Set up your email program (Outlook, Apple Mail, phone)
The exact server names and ports for your mailbox are shown right inside webmail, on the page that loads after you sign in:
- Sign in at webmail.incentre.net as above.
- On the webmail home page, find Connect Devices (it may also be called "Set Up Mail Client").
- That page lists your exact incoming (IMAP/POP) and outgoing (SMTP) server settings and ports, and offers automatic setup scripts for some mail programs. Use those settings when you add the account to your mail program.
Recommended settings
We recommend IMAP over SSL so your mail stays in sync across all your devices:
- Username: your full email address
- Password: your mailbox password
- Incoming (IMAP): the secure server name and port shown on the Connect Devices page (IMAP is normally port 993 with SSL/TLS)
- Outgoing (SMTP): the secure server name and port shown there (SMTP is normally port 465 with SSL/TLS), set to authenticate with the same username and password
More email features
From the webmail home page you can also set up a vacation responder, forward your email, filter incoming mail, and change your password.
