News: Everything you have with us, all in one place

Everything you have with us is now in one place in the client area. Internet, phone, hosting, email, domains, servers and licences are all listed together, each with its price and renewal date, so you can see exactly what you have and what each piece costs. Moving to this layout didn't change what you pay.

What's new

• One service per thing you buy. Until now, many accounts were billed as a list of lines on a single recurring invoice. Each of those charges now belongs to the service it pays for: your internet connection, your phone lines, your hosting, your hardware lease, and so on.
• Price and renewal at a glance. Open any service to see its monthly price, billing cycle, next due date and the details we have on file.
• Extras stay with what they belong to. Extra hosting disk space, extra domains and bandwidth upgrades are listed as add-ons on the service they go with.
• One invoice, clearly itemized. You still get one invoice a month. It's created on the 3rd and due on the 4th, with each service on its own line.

Your bill hasn't changed

We checked every account to the cent before and after the move. The services are new, the amounts aren't. Your next invoice will look more detailed, and the total is what it was before the move.

Where to find it

Sign in to the client area and open Services in the left menu. Your services are grouped by type: Internet Service, VoIP, Web Hosting, Hosted Email, Virtual Servers, IP Addresses, Hardware, Licences and Co-Location. Your invoices are under Billing.

Want someone on your team to see the account too? Add them under Manage contacts with their own login, and choose what they can see and do.

What you need to do

Nothing. Take a look when you have a minute, and if a service is missing or something looks wrong, tell us and we'll fix it.
